my son having vomiting since night I gave emeset syrup. but still have vomit what reason

A. Make sure your kid doesn't put everything in mouth. Frequently advise them to wash their hands.also wash their toys frequently. Maintain proper hygiene. Vomiting might because of food poison. If your baby over eats also there will be vomiting. Even if there is fever cold they might vomit. You can give ginger juice, lemon slices can kept near to inhale. You can give boiled potatoes. Do not give citrus fruits. Yoghurt is also best. Home remedies might take a long time and little kids can't bear till then. Better consult your doctor and follow.
