My son had diarrhea. His poop was green in color and watery and had lot of mucus. He was given antibiotics because his diarrhea continued for 2 weeks. just two days back his poop became normal and I stopped. Now issue is he is pooping 3-5 times a day. But the poop is yellow and bit soft. His appetite has increased. So I am assuming thts y he is pooping like that now. But is it normal to poop 3-5 times a day? he used to poop only 1 or twice a day.
