my son got some spots on skin. please tell me if it is type of chicken pox

DOes the child also have fever along, beacause if so then this could proabably be chicken pox, also this also indicates mosquito bites , or even allergic reaction as well if their is no other symptoms,
A clear picture is possible once you get it examined
