Q.

my son don't like to sleep in afternoon and in night also he just sleep for 5 -8 hr ...he is hiper active....but he feel so fresh even after less sleep...what should I do for his sleep..

A. hello sleep cycle of the child can vary n just that if the child is active then is not a problem n make sure the child is tummy full n is nothing to worry
