tooth grinding is commonly seen in children at night time and it's not good.
it can be due to worms so please consult Pediatrician for proper evaluation of this condition.

This can be because of deficiency of calcium and iron. In such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because doctor can only advise you well after checking baby. And can advise you some medicines which will help to cure this issue.
