my son 4 years old uncontrollable coughing at night in winter .m worried about his health ..even during coughing days he doesn't eat meal

A. hi first ,i would suggest to prepare kadha and give it atleast once in a day until your child get recovery from this. method to prepare kadha : ingredients : water pinch of haldi ajwain seeds fenugreek seeds pinch of pipprimul /ganthoda powder pudina or tulsi leaves cumin seeds salt as per taste. method: boil cup of water , add all ingredients in that water and boil it for few minutes .(2 or 3 minutes) now , filter it and give it to your child ,ensure it should not be too hot.
