my son 3 month 10 days old. but still no eye contacts. is this any reason?

A. Hello all mom/dad, At what month your baby started eye contact? At what month your baby started social smile? At what month your baby started looking at sound direction? Please reply as that will help any future parents who are facing similar problem🙏

A. most of the times at this age baby will be having some I contact baby will be having social smile and baby will be recognised in the mother please wait for another two weeks
