My son 2.2 year's old. He is suffering from skin rashes on hands and legs, itching also. what can we do

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatments
please use lose cotton cloth
please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
