Hello Doctor, my 2 yr 3 m old boy is suffering from skin rashes on the legs and hands, please help what kind of disease is this!

A. This is not looking like a rash either your child is having some kind of an allergy or infection that is spreading all around the body and this is not looking good you have to have an assessment with your doctor in person to know what kind of a problem it is on that basis only ointment to apply and some oral medication would be suggested
