My son, 10 months 4 weeks, what could be the cause of pimples on his thighs, legs and hands? Even on his other parts of his body can be seen few pimples popping up rarely.

A. good morning they might coming up because of the problem of heat rash nothing to worry about simply try to make sure that the child is in an air conditioned room u can apply cucumber juice on the affected areas
