Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment avoid any dustt and dirt

If You would have posted a picture it would have been clear to me as of now I can only tell you clean it with beta Dean and you can apply turmeric and ghee on to that just warm some ghee add some turmeric powder to it and then apply on it regularly and consult your paediatrician ones
