Q.
my sister is 5 months pregnant it's her 2nd baby for the first baby she had very little milk supply but after taking lactare tablets and supplies she got nice milk production but untill then the baby was feeded with formula milk so the baby dint latch to her she is afraid for the second baby too she has the doubt what if she takes the lactare tablets when she is pregnant is it safe to take lactare during pregnancy

no
don't take it on prior basis ,no need of it.
massage your breasts daily ,it will help to stimulate your milk glands .
when you delivery baby , don't give up ,just try to offer more breastfeeds .
because breastfeeding mainly work on demand and supply mechanism.
