my sister gave birth to a healthy baby boy two days back. she is not lactating much. what should I add in her food to improve lactation. we live in new Zealand.

A. I would advise you to give all the foods that we generally eat whatever she must have eaten during the time of pregnancy which is healthy good protein that is what you need to give at the end of the day when a mother will will eat good food she will produce good milk plus make sure to include plenty of fluids in the diet
