A. hi.. your baby is not latching well. see some YouTube videos on how to properly latch baby while feeding. you can apply some breast milk on sore nipples. you can also try mama earth nipple creme to keep it crack free.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Hello mam, the pain is due to the sore nipples. Apply pure desi ghee or coconut oil on the nipples. This will help to give relief. If there is cut or crack in the nipple then u can apply nipcare ointment.
