my one year old baby girl's eyes are red she is rubbing her eyes ..which eyedrop should I give

A. if the red spot in the eyes comes again and again and is not improving on its on in next two or three days and the child is also haaving complaints then it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection
