Q.

my one year is a fussy eater.What food should I include in his diet to complete iron and calcium requirements??

A. hello. give at least two daily products per day.. limit milk intake up to 450 ml per day. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes nuts are good
