Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi oh..then first ,most important thing is to provide breastfeding more. it contains antibodies as well as probiotics which help to cure both these problems . but please visit your pediatrician for once , he or she can suggest required treatment after exmining the child.
