my one and half month old baby has white patches on face and neck.will it go away on its own. .or does it need treatment?

And also rule out that these are since birth or after that.
If not since birth then
These patches may be allergic or infective(fungal or becterial) in origin.
Need to examine ur baby
Visit ur nearest pediatrician
He will examine ur baby and guide u in a better way.
