#asktheexpert My son developed rashes on his face and neck and dermatologist said it's a fungal infection.he recommended cream and powder which I have attached for your reference. The rashes have improved but now he has white patches on his neck and face. Could you plz check the pictures and recommend any cream or will the patches go away on their own?? His face has also became rough. Please check.
