my newborn only latch for 8-10 minutes but he latch continuousl, is it okay.or I need to do something. his current weight is 3.8 kg. birth weight was 2.54

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 11 months agoA. continous latching properly for 10 minutes is totally normal. and your baby weight is also normal and good , so nothing to worry for . till 2 months of age ,every 2 hours feeding is needed. after that feed on demand
