Q.

my new born baby is 17 days old. she has white discharge in vagina. how long it ll take to resolve?

A. Hello dear parent Little bit of discharge is fine but if it is more in quantity then you have to consult your doctor. Also make sure that you clean the dirt around the urinary opening

A. The vagina is designed to be moist, so discharge at every age is normal. Typically you will see only small amounts in infants and young children, and it is usually clear, white, or slightly yellow and odorless. Persistent vaginal discharge in children can be a sign of infection.
