My nephew is now 15 months old. but still he don't have teeths. What should we do or is there any treatment for this?

usually delay happen because of calcium deficiency
so please provide calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is best source of vitamin D
