POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. To avoid and reduce dandruff, massage the scalp with mild oil like olive or coconut or almond oil twice a week. Do not keep oil on the head and apply only before 30-45 minutes of giving bath as keeping it will cause itchinessandflakinessandthus, more dandruff. Use mild, milk based shampoo like from brands Babyhug or Mamaearth.
