SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl7 months agoA. Hormone changes is the main reason, which will give dandruff for a particular period. Rashes formation due to dead cells under the skin, if it is in the diaper area the reason may differ. If not removed the diapers in time, rashes formation may be more in the diaper area covered skin.
