my milk supply is very low..around 120 ml in a day ...how I can increase it?

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist. Continue breastfeeding. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
