Q.

I have low milk supply, my breast is very soft all time. I can pump like 30, 40 ml in one day . Please help me to increase my breast milk, i am giving formula to my baby since i have low milk supply

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk to increase breast milk supply. Also you can take gur with jeera to increase breast milk supply. Please massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. Thanks and take care
