Q.

my breast milk is not enough for my four month old so I am also giving formula to my baby. when I pump out the milk it is hardly 30 ml could you suggest me how do I increase my breast milk supply.

A. hiee.. take papaya in breakfast, eat daliya, massage breast with castor oil, drink jeera ajwain boiled water, eat Himalayas shatavri tablet twice a day, have shatavri powder of nuskha kitchen brand in milk n drink, eat aliv or halik seeds kheer

A. hello you can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can hel to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also Fenugreek which is effective and if not sufficient u may give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
