My lft n bile acid levels are normal is it safe to take udiliv 300 as i have very mild itching to keep the levels under control

Q. I am 34 weeks pregnant and i got my LFT tested since i was having mild itching on palm and foot sole. Against which doc suggested to get Serum Bile Acid tested which came out to be 41.6. And i was advised to start Udiliv 300 twice or thrice. Just after taking a single dose itching which was Mild earlier, increased. Is it normal or is there anything alarming? Please reply.
