my kid us having tiny bump on elbow.. why it happened? and how to get rid of that.

They usually don't hurt or itch. it is a common, harmless skin condition that causes dry, rough patches and tiny bumps, often on the upper arms, thighs, cheeks or buttocks.just keep the skin dry and clean
