Try veggies as finger food snack, warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
RuchikaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. I had a similar problem with my kid,so I started boiling vegetables and making a paste and then using that paste to make macaroni,pasta etc and he started consuming it and eventually developed taste for vegetables.
The other thing I did was to make different vegetable soups and give him in evening which also helped.
Also kids start developing a habit of consuming salad if it is served alongside meals.So we started using carrot, cucumber,beetroot etc and seeing everyone he eventually started eating salads.
You can also grate vegetables and make mix veg raita and give with rice if your kid likes rice.
