my kid is having fever since 5 days along with cold & cough. before sleep at night , his body temperature was normal .after 3 am he is getting high temperature..how to give medicine at that time?

A. you may wake him to feed meds if body temp records above 100 f stay more close to him and give more liquids. consult your doctor if no improvement. o k
