my kid is having 104 fever now at night..wat to do...given p 250 cold compress started antibiotics 1 dose..how to reduce fever

A. Hello good afternoon !! Give medicine as prescribed by the Doctor . Continue sponging every 1-2 hours , keep the wet cloth on the baby forehead 5-10 minutes to control the temperature . Give more water, fluids for hydration.
