my kid is getting pimples like on legs , back of body and one at face also. pimples are leaving black shade mark on body of kid. pl.suggest how it can controlled.??

A. It Could be due to some allergy or infection you should get a check with your skin doctor or your paediatrician ones they will give you a clarity and accordingly if the marks are saying then adviser with the right a cream also that you should apply onto that area
