Rashes over the body or face can be because of different reasons such as, usage of any new product, weather , allergy .
if you started using any new products stop it immediately
You can use Babyhug Daily Moisturising Lotion or any good moisturiser.
avoid thick clothes , but you you can use simple cotton clothes which doesn't cover the body much.
Do not use powder or any other things over the body
