my kid is around 6 years old and from last 3 days he is getting some red rashes only on face and nothing else anywhere, what might be the issue and what can be applied to make it disappear.

Check with the paediatrician and seek medical advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for your child and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
