My height is 150cm and weight is 57kg how can I reduce my weight

A. Hellomom good evening, have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice. take care and see doctor if needed.

A. You have to find some time for urself and start working out. Relying on diets or any other means of losing weight or controlling belly fat won't be effective. You can do ab exercises or yoga like bhujangasana or pavanmukthasana or Surya namaskar on a regular basis along with a balanced and healthy diet avoiding junk foods.
