my hcg is 46 at 5 weeks. Am I pregnant? my blood test shows positive result but urine test shows negative result.What can I do?

A. By 5 weeks a sac will be visible in the ultra scan. Also one reading of hcg isn’t enough,you have to see if there’s doubling of hcg or not to check for a viable pregnancy
