my hcg beta level is 27 ...and not it's 42 days... expecting for 2nd baby ... but today evening I got bleeding..it's like clot... can any one advise on this

You should consult your gynaecologist because bleeding or any kind of spotting or discharge during the time of pregnancy throughout the time is not considered good and if you had a bleeding like this it’s better to consult your doctor tomorrow the first thing
