My grandson is having small pimples on leg and hand from past 2 days. Is it sweat pimple or chicken pox pimple?

A. It is some kind of an allergy you can go ahead with applying calamine lotion as of now this is going to be very helpful along with that also I would advise you to kindly consult a doctor but this is not chickenpox for sure
