its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor.

you can apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
or give warm water bath twice in a day.
prefer Cotton clothes for your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
if it happen because of mosquito bites ,use mosquito net or baby friendly mosquito repellent like Babyhug mosquito repellent for this.
