my girl suffering from skin acne on chick...some red spots and some white

usually acne disappear by own naturally.
so no need to worry.
just dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
avoid using any cosmetics.
you can apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion or try cool pack on it.
maintain good hygiene.
