Q.
Hello My son is 1.5 months old and he has got red spots like acne on his face and scalp with white flakes around his eyes. What should I apply to his skin?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. mild acne are normal in infants. but still you should consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child.
massage with coconut oil only.
use soft clothing.
always wash your hands before touching your child

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. To be safer.. Plz visit your peadtrician he may suggest some specialist later pls go to skin specialist, and dnt apply anything without counslting to doctor, as sometimes it may spread too. Its good to check and treat accordingly as your kid is too small
