Hii my baby is 6 month old and he had red Spots (eg acne ) on face what should I do for him

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Have you changed or introduced any new products (oil,cream,soap)or introduced any new food items.
Observe products and diet by avoiding for two to three days do normal water bath.
As winter baby skin becomes dry and patchy do oil or milk cream massage use mild lotion after bath for skin nourishment.
As baby is 6 month old , introduce semi solid foods after checking suitability - unsuitable food items also cause rashes, allergy , motions ...
