Hii, my baby is one month old, he has acne spots red in color all over the face and forehead, what should I do

No problem
Don't apply powder over skin
It will blocks sweat pores and cause rashes and infection also.
Can apply baby body lotion
It will help
Some rashes may appear and disappear this process continue till 3 months of age
No need to worry for such rashes.

Usually, these breakouts will clear on their own with time, but breast milk can help ease them and help with your baby's sensitive skin. Soak a cotton ball in breast milk and softly pat it on your baby's face.
