My baby is 23 days old. She has red color like acne all over her face and they are becoming more visible in the evenings. What could be the reason

A. Hi, make sure to use thin soft cotton clothes. avoid woollen materials and any other rough materials. Every day massage with coconut oil and give bath. Use lukewarm water to give bath always. Avoid too much of hot water. Apply moisturiser immediately after bath. Also apply moisturiser in the evening before putting baby to sleep. Exclusively breastfeed and keep your baby well hydrated.make Sure the room has good ventilation.
