11month baby do have small white spots on chick upper arm thighs....not prominent white

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the sdkin it needs pgroper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would request you to try to visit your doctor for proper clinical examination he would be able to guide you better after a checkup because it can happen due to vitamin deficiency it could be because of fungal infection
