My girl is 13 months old. She is having fever since two days with no other symptoms. As per our paediatric if no other symptoms fever only paracetamol to be given. The fever ranges from 99.8-101.5. She has lost her appetite. Eating nothing at all only breastfeed. Please help

it's very important to give lots of fluids if child refuse to eat.
