my child has fever with no other symptoms. please help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
whether higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)are required or not will be told by the doctor.
keep the child in cool environment andzz avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as feverz
do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. try to place a wet cloth in forehead. This would reduce the heat instantly also Let the cloth not be too cold. Keep monitoring for temperature. If the temperature is more It's better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option.
