my five year old kid don't eat if we feed him he can't digest and vomiting he doesn't has appetite always complaining stomach ache and vomiting we do deworming we used appetite improvement syrups gastric tablets with help of our pediatrician but no use he became very lean help me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can bbkie given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
