#ParentingClinic my doctor prescribed zn20(zinc gluconate 100ml) 3ml per day for my 3 month old baby for diarrhoea. She is on this drops for past 7 days. Now her symptoms are reducing not completely cured. So till how many days I can use this syrup for my baby. Is it safe to use for more than 1 week?
